These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ModyCar mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions (the "Service Provider").
By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Use of the Application
The Application allows users to upload an image or take a photo of a car and edit it using AI-based image editing technology.
You must be at least 9 years old to use the Application.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
Optional Personal Information
The Application does not automatically collect personal information.
You may voluntarily provide personal information (such as an email address) only when contacting support.
This information is used solely to respond to your support request and is not stored or reused for any other purpose.
Image Data
You may submit photos of vehicles for editing. Images are:
Images are never sold, shared, or stored permanently, except as required by law or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations.
Data Security
Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect images during transmission and processing, including secure and encrypted communication. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 9 years old.

Termination
- You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
- ModyCar may suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.
Liability Disclaimer
The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.
- ModyCar is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
- The Application's AI-generated image edits are for visual and creative purposes only and do not guarantee accuracy, realism, or suitability for any specific use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Changes to Terms
ModyCar may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
